It's about time that someone got serious about Alberta withdrawing from the Canadian confederation.
Anyone who has been following the Canadian news for the last few years should be able to see that most Albertans have very little in common with people in other regions of Canada. We do not agree in matters of health care, education, child care, gun control, finance and commerce or the way society is generally structured.
It's time to have a friendly divorce from Canada. Let's hear it for a FREE and INDEPENDANT Dominion of Alberta.
The broad fact is that Canada is simply too large to be governable. The United States and Russia have the same disease. The only way that such large territories can be governed is with absolute and ruthless force, the way that the old USSR was held together for about 60 years, or the way that China and Indonesia are governed now. In other words, if you want a big Canada like it is now then you'd best prepare yourself for life in the gulag.
